Excellent capacity of air permeability provides the opportunity to use that foam polyurethane in manufacture of sports footwear, safety hats and of other articles that need air ventilation. That foam polyurethane is used in motor car manufacture, air filters, motor filters and oil filters. Such filters can be washed easily and used again after washing. Choosing a filter, the main specification is to taken into consideration:  PPI index (Pores Per Inch) that indicates the quantity of pores in one operational inch. The higher is PPI, the less are pore dimensions, the denser and more efficient is the filter. That foam polyurethane load (PPI 30, 45 un 60) is applied in ventilation system equipment and in conditioning systems as well as in air moisturizers, in vacuum-cleaners etc. Filtration foam polyurethane has opened pores. To provide efficiency of filtration course, pores are to be of even size and to be displaced in proper way over whole block. By means of special technology procedure foam polyurethane with pores of necessary size has been processed. The second stage of filtration foam polyurethane manufacture is reticulation. It means that pore walls are eliminated using special mixture of hot gases and pressure. Having burst, pore walls make connection; that strengthens them. In that way foam polyurethane of riddle structure is made. It is much more durable than usual foam polyurethane.

Water Filtration and Sewage Treatment

Filtration foam polyurethane processed on the basis of polyester is used  carry out treatment, filtration, microbiologic purification.That material is resistant against water impact as well as against  impact of many chemical substances. The ways of its use numerous – starting from filter manufacturing aquaria, fish growing companies and sewage treatment to filter manufacture for oil platforms. We offer filters of all types – from PPI 10 to PPI 45. The material we offer can be washed easily and used again after washing.  Riddle-type foam polyurethane articles are successfully used in sewage treatment plants and in water purification constructions, for mechanic, microbiologic  water purification as well as for water purification in oil product catchers as preliminary filters.
